How to Setup Your Product Box Artwork

Supply on an Engineering Dieline: Please place your artwork over a flat, unfolded engineering net. Use a separate layer named “Dieline” with solid vector lines for Cut Lines and dashed vector lines for Crease/Score Lines.

Account for Card Thickness: Box walls require specific tolerances to close cleanly. We highly recommend sending a physical sample of your product to our workshop so we can verify the fit.

Bleed & Safe Zone: Include a standard 3mm bleed extending past all outer cut lines. Keep all critical text, ingredients, and branding logos at least 4mm away from any fold or score lines to avoid ink cracking or misalignment.

File Format: Supply your artwork as a press-ready, high-resolution vector PDF or Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file saved at 300dpi in CMYK colour mode.
