Artwork
To cut your print into a custom shape, our machines require a specific digital path to follow. Please set up your artwork using the following guidelines:

The “Cutter Guide” Layer: Your file must include a dedicated vector path showing exactly where the machine needs to cut. Please create this as a separate layer named “Cutter Guide” or “Die Line”.

Use a Vector Stroke: The cutting line must be saved as a clean, continuous vector line (not a pixel image) and set to a distinct spot colour (usually 100% Magenta) so our software recognizes it.

Bleed & Quiet Zone for Custom Cuts: * 3mm External Bleed: If your background artwork or colour goes right to the edge of the custom shape, ensure it extends 3mm past the cutting line.

3mm Safe Zone: Keep all critical text, logos, and essential details at least 3mm inside the cutting line to account for tiny mechanical movements during the cutting process.

File Format: Please supply your final artwork as a vector-based PDF or Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file.
