How to Setup Your Box Sleeve Artwork

The Sizing Formula: To ensure a perfect fit, you must measure the exact width, height, and depth of your physical box. Your sleeve needs to account for the thickness of the box material itself, so we highly recommend sending a sample box to our workshop for precision fitting.

Supply a Flat Layout: Please supply your artwork as a single, flat, unfolded design. Indicate all fold and score lines clearly on a separate, labeled layer in your file.

Bleed & Safe Zone: Include a standard 3mm bleed on all outer edges. Keep critical text, barcodes, and logos at least 4mm away from any fold lines to prevent the design from looking misaligned once wrapped.

File Format: Supply your artwork as a press-ready, high-resolution PDF at 300dpi in CMYK colour mode.
